In every human being there are seven major psychic centers we called chakra, five situated along the spine and two found within the head. The term chakra is from Hindi which means “wheel” of spinning energy. Chakras are non-physical organs and does not itself contain energy.

This protective shield we call aura have been known since ancient times. If you see pictures of holy men such as Jesus or some saints, you will see a spherical light encircling their heads and this is known as “halo” depicting how large is their crown chakra. Inner power is the energy originating inside our body which after being processed with a certain technique the energy with in a person will be aroused and will project outward. The arousal of this energy can be processed physically and spiritually.
Each human being already possessed inner power, except that it is not processed and hidden within our psyche sleeping waiting to be awakened and will arise spontaneously when we face danger. As the name suggests, the Root Chakra is situated around the build of the thorn in the genital region and its’ energy extends down, like roots, through the legs and feet to dealings the concrete earth below.
It is the slowest poignant Chakra, involving to our survival desires, and is therefore the foundation of the Chakra technique in the body. The affect associated is red, and thus represents the Martian energy desirable to keep us active.
